Client Confidentiality

In New-Brunswick, there are two laws that protect your privacy and personal information, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, which is a Canadian law, and the Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act, which applies only to New Brunswick.

The employees of the clinic are also members of two regulatory bodies, each with their own Code of Ethics regarding the protection of clients’ personal information; the New-Brunswick Association of Social Workers and the College of Psychologists of New-Brunswick.
